These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement of Coastline Lighting L.L.C. ("Coastline," "we," "us") for permanent LED lighting installation services. By requesting a quote, scheduling an install, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.
Coastline provides permanent LED lighting installation services across Southern California, including security, holiday, and agricultural lighting systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
Quotes are based on the information provided to us and the conditions observed at the time of the on-site assessment. If the scope of work changes — for example, due to additional footage, new structures, or property changes — the quote may be adjusted prior to install. Any change in price will be communicated in writing before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the install. Payments may be made by the methods we accept at the time of booking.
Every install is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in our installation work only. It does not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, third-party work, modifications by anyone other than Coastline, or normal wear and tear over time.
You may cancel a scheduled install for a full refund of any deposit paid if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled install date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the install will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The client must have a working exterior outlet available on the day of install. The client is also responsible for granting reasonable property access on the agreed install date and for disclosing any known property conditions that may affect the install.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastline's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the install in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
